TEAM ONBOARDING
Building the best team starts from the first day.
STEPS TO HIRING:
-Prior to even conducting an interview , make sure you have sent someone to our website and have received an email back that they have passed that step.    Don't waste time interviewing someone who has no chance of being hired.
 
Once you hire someone you will give them the following paperwork:
-W4
-Employee sign off
-Phase 1 schedule (This will have the website password if necessary.)
Get them set up for their first day of training by showing them the website and how to find all training modules for day one.  Instruct them to bring back all hiring paperwork on day 1.
PAPERWORK TO HAND IN AT THE END OF WEEK ONE
As the GM it is your sole responsibility to hand in all paperwork to Barb for payroll input.  The following list must be stapled in order listed below and handed in to Barb.  If anything is missing, the package will not be accepted.
FRONT DESK
-HANDBOOK SIGN OFF
-W4 (Confirm this is complete.  Check for SSN)
-ALL 4 EXAMS
-4 ROLE PLAYING FORMS
PT
-W4
-COPY OF CURRENT PT CERTIFICATION
EMAIL:
Email a copy of the completed harassment training to club24corporate@hotmail.com & club24gyms@hotmail.com.  
*THE NEW EMPLOYEE WILL NOT BE ADDED ONTO PAYROLL UNTIL ALL ABOVE IS HANDED IN AND EMAILED.
